Welcome to the The Cookie Boat—an indulgent treat that’s as fun to eat as it is to create. Invented and perfected by ourselves here at The Dough Parlour, our Cookie Boats are a unique dessert experience designed to be enjoyed warm with a spoon.

Here’s how it works:

1. The Base: It all starts with a freshly baked cookie nestled at the bottom of a bake-safe paper boat.

2. The Filling: We then add a luscious layer of filling. Whether it’s rich caramel, creamy peanut butter, or any of our other decadent flavours, this layer adds a burst of flavour with every bite.

3. The Topping: Finally, we crown your Cookie Boat with a layer of velvety chocolate ganache or similar and finish it off with a variety of toppings.

How to Enjoy:

When you’re ready to dig in, simply warm up your Cookie Boat until everything melts together (Approx 25 - 35 seconds depending on your microwave) into a gooey, irresistible dessert. Then, grab a spoon and dive in!
