Dispatch & tracking

The weekly order cutoff is Sunday at 11:59pm AWST.
Orders received before the cutoff are dispatched Monday.
Orders are sent with Australia Post Express.
Tracking is emailed once your parcel is on the way.
Delivery times vary by location and Australia Post.

Shipping cost

Free Australia-wide shipping applies when you spend $100 or more. Any shipping charge below that threshold is shown at checkout before payment.

Warm-weather delivery

Chocolate and soft fillings can soften in warm weather. We use protective packaging, but it cannot completely prevent heat exposure.

Choose a delivery address where the parcel will not sit in direct sun. Leaving out an esky or insulated bag is recommended when possible.

Freshness & storage

Products are sealed for freshness and include storage and heating guidance where relevant. Follow the instructions included with your order for the best result.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us promptly and include clear photos of the parcel, packaging and affected products. Photographic evidence is required before we can assess a replacement, credit or refund.
