Terms and conditions of purchases.

• Shipping is calculated at checkout and for orders over the value of $80 it is FREE.
• All orders are sent with Australia Post via express shipping. 

• We ship Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing during business days.

• As our products are made with chocolate, melting may occur. We wrap your order in insulated foil and include ice packs to attempt to prevent melting, however this is not fool proof. Please be mindful when deciding on delivery addresses to avoid packages being left out in the sun all day. If you are expecting a delivery and you have an option to leave out an esky or cool bag for the postman, that is highly recommended. 

• All products are sealed in airtight bags to ensure freshness. Your package will contain storage and heating advice and instructions.

• Please note that we require photographic evidence of wrong or damaged orders to provide any resolution or refunds.
