Refunds

We do not offer refunds on our goodies (unless it has not yet been baked and packed) so please double-check your order before finalizing.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have an issue with your order please note we need photographic evidence to provide any refund.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
