FOUNDED BY DANIEL & PHOEBE
The Dough Parlour began when we left construction behind to build a mobile coffee business in Perth. We needed baked goods that could genuinely draw customers to us, so Phoebe started creating big, filled and visually unmistakable cookies.
THE JOURNEY
Our original plan was coffee. The cookies became the reason people travelled to find us.
Instagram and TikTok helped the products travel far beyond the park, building a loyal Perth customer base.
Online orders, Westfield pop-ups and viral videos proved there was a much bigger appetite for loaded cookies.
We moved our focus into independent retail, building long-term relationships with IGAs, grocers and cafés.

We now supply more than 40 selected retailers and continue developing products that are bold, practical for stores and unmistakably ours.
