Fresh Loaded Cookies are not currently included in the Australia-wide shipping range. In Western Australia, you can find them at selected stockists. Perth pickup and local delivery will return in a future launch.

Australia-wide orders are dispatched each Monday with Australia Post Express. Tracking is emailed once the parcel is on the way, and delivery timing varies by destination and Australia Post.

Free Australia-wide shipping applies when your order reaches $100. Any shipping charge below that amount is shown at checkout before payment.

Selected IGAs, independent grocers and cafés across Western Australia carry our range. Each retailer chooses its own products, flavours and quantities.

Follow the heating instructions on the product label or included card. Warm it only until the filling and ganache soften, then enjoy it with a spoon. Heating time varies by microwave.

Keep products sealed and follow the storage guidance on the label or inside your parcel. Chocolate and soft fillings can soften in warm conditions, so store them away from direct heat and sunlight.

Contact us promptly and include clear photos of the parcel, packaging and affected products. Photos are required so we can assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
