Shipping policy

For Australia Post service the following applies

We offer express shipping via Australia Post.

All of our products are baked and then heat sealed as soon as possible to ensure the freshest possible goodies on arrival to their destination. We send our cookies across Australia regularly and we can ensure you that they're safe to eat once they arrive.

Our edible cookie dough is safe to ship as it contains no eggs. You'll just need to pop it into the fridge once it arrives for a while before digging in.

Orders made Monday through to 7am Thursday will be sent within 1-3 days.

All orders made from Thursday 7am through to Sunday 12pm will not be sent over the weekend and will take between 1-3 days from the coming Monday to be sent out.

Please note that our products are made and decorated with chocolate. When selecting our products for shipping via Australia post be aware that if you live in a hot climate that these products can melt. We suggest you try your best to be home at the time of delivery or use a delivery address such as a work place to avoid leaving packages sitting outside all day in the heat. 

Please select your delivery option carefully as once we have sent your delivery, it is out of our hands and it’s left with the Australia Post service which they may be experiencing delays that are out of our control.
