The Cookies and Cream Loaded NY Style Cookie is a thick, New York-style cookie made by The Dough Parlour in Perth: dough mixed with crushed Oreo and white chocolate chips, hand-cored and filled with house-made Oreo ganache, and capped with a whole Oreo. It's an in-store exclusive, baked fresh for selected IGAs and cafés across Western Australia.
