Pistachio Cookie Boat®

Regular price $11.00

The Pistachio Cookie Boat® is a soft-baked cookie dessert filled with creamy pistachio ganache, scattered with crushed pistachios and topped with a Lindt pistachio truffle cut in half, baked in its own paper boat to be warmed and eaten with a spoon. Made by The Dough Parlour in Perth and shipped Australia-wide every Monday.

What's in the Pistachio Cookie Boat®

  • The base: our signature soft-bake cookie dough. Buttery, cake-soft and made to be eaten with a spoon.
  • The layer: a thick pour of smooth pistachio ganache, right to the edges.
  • The finish: crushed pistachios and a Lindt pistachio truffle, halved to show the creamy centre.

Warm it up and the pistachio ganache goes molten, with a nutty crunch from the crushed pistachios. Made for pistachio lovers.

Questions

Can you send Cookie Boats to Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane?
Yes. Cookie Boats ship Australia-wide from Perth with Australia Post Express every Monday, tracked. They keep for 3 weeks sealed, so they arrive ready to eat.

Do I have to heat it?
No, it's great straight from the pack. 25–35 seconds in the microwave (lid off) makes the pistachio ganache molten. Microwaves vary and the filling gets hot, so check before you dig in.

Does it contain real pistachios?
Yes. Pistachio is in the ganache, scattered on top as crushed nuts, and in the truffle centre. It contains tree nuts, so it isn't suitable for anyone with a nut allergy.

What is a Cookie Boat?
A cookie baked in a deep paper boat so it can carry a full layer of ganache and toppings, more dessert than biscuit. The Dough Parlour created the Cookie Boat in Perth, and Cookie Boat® is our registered trade mark. More about the Cookie Boat.
