The Caramello Koala Cookie Boat® is a 195g soft-baked cookie dessert with three layers (toffee caramel, milk chocolate ganache and white chocolate ganache), finished with a whole Caramello Koala. Baked in its own paper boat in Perth by The Dough Parlour, and shipped Australia-wide every Monday.
What's in the Caramello Koala Cookie Boat®
- The base: our signature soft-bake cookie dough. Buttery, cake-soft and made to be eaten with a spoon.
- Layer 1 – toffee caramel: a thick, golden layer spread straight over the warm base.
- Layer 2 – milk chocolate ganache: smooth and velvety, to balance the toffee.
- Layer 3 – white chocolate ganache: a final creamy pour for a marbled finish.
- The finish: a Caramello Koala and chocolate sprinkles.
Warm it for 15–20 seconds and the caramel softens while the two ganaches pool together. It's the one for caramel lovers.

Do I have to heat it?
No, it's great straight from the pack. A quick 15–20 seconds in the microwave (lid off) softens the caramel and melts the ganache. Microwaves vary and the filling gets hot, so check before you dig in.
