The Architecture:

  • The Signature Base: Our buttery, soft-bake cookie dough—the perfect sponge-like foundation for a heavy ganache pour.

  • The Filling: A thick, decadent layer of Nutella-infused chocolate ganache, poured to the edges for a deep-dish hazelnut core.

  • The Crown: Topped with a whole Ferrero Rocher for a premium hazelnut crunch.

  • The Finish: Dusted with crumbled Cadbury Flake, adding a delicate, aerated chocolate texture that melts on the tongue.

National Logistics & Freshness:

Baked to order in our Perth parlour, the Hazella is housed in our trademarked oven-safe paper mould. Every boat is sealed with a protective lid and cardboard strap, designed to ensure the Ferrero Rocher and Flake topping remain perfectly intact during national express transit.

Preparation: Remove the lid and microwave for 15–20 seconds. The Nutella ganache becomes molten and the Flake begins to soften into the base. Eat with a spoon for the full experience.
