The Caramello Dessert Boat™

An Australian icon, reimagined for the ultimate dessert voyage. The Caramello Dessert Boat™ takes the nostalgic flavours of smooth milk chocolate and gooey caramel and packs them into our signature soft-baked cookie vessel. Designed to be warmed and spooned, this is comfort food at its most decadent.

We’ve loaded the hull of this boat with a thick, generous layer of premium gooey caramel. To keep the cargo secure, we’ve capped it with a rich milk chocolate ganache. Once heated, these layers fuse, creating a molten, flowable centre that perfectly complements the buttery cookie base.

To complete the build, we’ve docked a Caramello Koala right on top, surrounded by a sea of chocolate sprinkles. As the boat warms, the Koala begins to melt into the ganache, creating a triple-threat of caramel and chocolate in every spoonful.
